Fundraising begins with every individual involded in the South Boulder Little League. The league is operated by volunteers, most often the parents of little leaguers. The league must rely on parent support to help raise funds necessary to stay in operation.

A number of fundraising events are held each year. Help is always welcomed to pull off a successful event. The following events are planned for this season:

Sponsorships For 55 years, South Boulder Little League (SBLL) has had a rich history of providing a fun, safe, and competitive baseball program for thousands of players ages 5-15. It is our desire to give every student in South Boulder the opportunity to build character through playing baseball and to participate with children from a wide variety of backgrounds. SBLL provides scholarships to honor our promise that no child shall be excluded due to financial hardship. Revenues from registration and volunteer fundraising efforts are currently not sufficient to pay rapidly rising costs. Our field rental fees alone have more than quadrupled since 2003. We need the financial support of the Boulder community to succeed in our mission. South Boulder Little League is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all contributions are fully tax-deductible as provided by law. As such, we welcome individual contributions of any amount. We also invite individuals and companies to contribute to our Silent Auction on Opening Day. We invite you to sponsor a South Boulder Little League team for $250. You may sponsor up to five teams including one team in each division: T-ball, Rookies, Minors, Majors, and Juniors. Sponsors receive the following recognitions of their support: Your company name or logo on the back of your sponsored team's jerseys.* An end-of-season plaque with a picture of your team to mount at your business. Your logo or name on the SBLL web site. Recognition at Opening Day festivities on April 10, 2010. SBLL is a highly successful program with wide visibility and large parental support. During the 2008 season, there were 35 teams with over 350 players. In addition, over 700 people will attend our Opening Day on April 4. Your company name or logo will be seen on the back of the team jerseys on Opening Day and throughout the season during every game your team plays. Sponsorship is on a first-come, first-serve basis and there is only one sponsor per team. Rockies Little League Day! The Colorado Rockies host Little League Days during the season. SBLL will be participating this year (more information soon). A portion of every ticket purchased by SBLL will be donated back to the league.

Opening Day Silent Auction! The silent auction held during previous opening day ceremonies were a big success! Thanks to all those who contributed. SBLL plans on holding another auction on opening day for the 2010 season. More information will follow.

Aurora 7 Snack Shack! A large amount of funds are raised over the course of the season by selling drinks, snacks and food at the A7 snack shack. So count on the shack while watching the games! We also have hats, tshirts and sweatshirts available. If you'd like to see specific items for sale in the snack shack, let use know!
